Collaborations pricing and limits
How the Collaborations add-on is billed, which limits your plan includes (brands, deals, follow-ups, sequences, templates, agents, agent runs), and the two ways past the brand and deal limits: pay as you go and one-time packs that never expire.
Collaborations is an add-on. You can add it to any plan, and some plans include it. Your plan sets how many brands and deals you can create. When you need more, there are two ways to add room.
The pricing page and Billing in your dashboard show current plan allowances and extra capacity.
Collaboration costs US$199/month, or US$179/month billed annually (US$2,148/year) per workspace, alongside your Free, Individual or Team plan. Annual billing saves 10% versus monthly billing. It is included in Enterprise. Mailbox access, AI usage and additional capacity follow the workspace plan and billing settings.
Add Collaborations
- Go to Billing → Add-ons, or click Add Collaborations on any Collaborations page.
- Add Collaboration, monthly or yearly.
The add-on includes two-way Notion sync, so you don't need a Notion add-on. Sending email needs a connected mailbox: paid plans include one, and on Free it's a separate mailbox add-on. Without a mailbox, follow-ups still work as reminders.
What your plan includes
Each plan includes an amount of each of these:
| Limit | What counts |
|---|---|
| Brands | Every brand you've added, including archived ones |
| Deals | Every deal you've created, in any stage: open, paid, closed lost, nurture or archived |
| Active follow-ups | Follow-ups scheduled and not yet done |
| Sequences | Sequences you've built |
| Templates | Message templates |
| Agents | Collaboration agents |
| Agent runs per day | Runs across all agents, each day |
Brands and deals are totals, like links: closing, losing or archiving one doesn't give the slot back. Contacts inside a brand are unlimited.
See the numbers for each plan in Collaborations on the plan comparison. Your current use is on Billing.
Not metered
- Contacts saved on your brands
- Outreach email sent from your mailbox
- Notion rows synced. Each row becomes a brand or a deal, and those are what count.
- AI work, such as Write with Poppy, agent runs, mapping proposals and lead triage, uses your workspace's shared AI credits. Mapping Notion columns is free.
When you reach a limit
When adding a brand or a deal would go over your limit, Pointerly shows the ways to add room, side by side. A Notion import that reaches the limit pauses and shows the same options. It resumes on its own once you've added room.
| Option | How it works | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Pay as you go | Each extra brand or deal is charged once, on your next invoice, up to a spending cap per billing cycle. Off until you turn it on with Agree and turn on. On Free it needs a card on file | Occasional overflow |
| One-time pack | A pack of extra brands or deals, cheaper per unit than pay as you go, and bigger packs cost less per unit. Packs never expire: each brand or deal you create past your plan uses one. Works without a card on file | An import, a busy season, or steady growth |
There's no monthly add-on for brands or deals. What you pay for, by pay as you go or a pack, is yours for good.
The usage calculator has Brands in your CRM and Brand deals sliders. Set your totals to see the one-time cost of a pack against pay as you go.
The spending cap
Pay as you go stops at your cap. After that, new brands and deals are blocked, and Notion imports pause until the next cycle or until you buy a pack. You can raise or lower the cap, or turn pay as you go off, in Billing.
Agent runs per day reset each day. They aren't sold separately.
Common questions
What happens to my data if I remove the add-on? It's kept. The pages show the add-on card again, and nothing can be changed until you add it back.
Do closed or archived deals count? Yes. Deals are a total, like links: every deal you create counts once, whatever its stage. Moving a deal between stages never uses a new one.
I had more brands than my new limit when these limits changed. What happened? Nothing was removed. Brands and deals you already had above the new limit were added to your workspace as permanent extras, so you start exactly at your limit, never over it.
Is the add-on billed per member? No. It's billed per workspace, on the same invoice as your plan.
