Is Pointerly just a link-in-bio tool?
No. Pointerly includes link-in-bio pages, but it is broader than that. It is an affiliate operations platform with smart deep links, analytics, AI content, creator-brand campaigns, automations, routines, and collaboration tools.
What's included in the Free plan?
Free includes 2,500 clicks/month, 50 links, 1,000 DM sends/month, Deals search & save, AI post generation (5/day), 1 bio page, basic analytics, 1 affiliate tag, 1 creator profile, 1 brand profile, 1 active brand campaign, and 1 active creator application. Your links never stop redirecting past the click quota — Free is simply never billed for the extra. Enough to start and test the product.
What's the difference between Individual and Team?
Individual ($24/mo) gives 25,000 clicks/month, 500 links, 25,000 DM sends/month, advanced analytics, deals, custom domains, AI posts, and up to 3 team members. Team ($104/mo) raises that to 100,000 clicks, 3,000 links and 100,000 DM sends, and adds up to 10 members, 5 bio pages, 8 affiliate tags, unlimited active brand campaigns and applications, and A/B testing. Telegram and WhatsApp are add-ons on every plan rather than bundled with a tier. Enterprise adds unlimited usage, API access, and dedicated support.
Can I use my own domain for links and bio pages?
Yes. Individual and above support custom domains for short links and bio pages. Configure them in Settings → Domains.
How does AI post generation work?
You connect a product or deal, pick a style and platform (e.g. Instagram, TikTok), and we generate copy that matches your voice. Free gets 5 generations per day; Individual and above get 50/day.
Is there an API?
API access is available on the Enterprise plan for integrating links, analytics, and automation with your own tools.
