Is this an AI assistant or a real team?

Both have a role. The Pointerly team works on your requests inside your workspace. Poppy helps structure briefs into tasks and can run supported actions through your configured approval flow. Conversations and deliverables stay together so you can see the work.

What does the $499 monthly add-on include?

Delegated Workspace brings the Pointerly team into your workspace, with request boards, threads, tasks, sprints, deliverables and Poppy-assisted workflows. It is a separate monthly add-on for eligible Individual, Team and Enterprise workspaces. Your workspace plan and metered usage are billed separately. Agree the scope of each request with the team.

Can I control what the team accesses?

Yes. Choose the modules the Pointerly team can work in and update those permissions from Delegated Workspace settings. Billing, member management and owner-only areas remain restricted.

What can I send in a brief?

Describe the outcome in your own words. Add product links, references, documents or video. You can ask for links, affiliate tags, content, bio pages, automations, reports and analytics work.

How do reviews and Poppy approvals work?

When the team marks a request ready for review, you can accept the deliverables or ask for changes. Supported Poppy runs have a separate preview and approval flow, controlled by the workspace policy. Approval may be required from an operator, the customer, or both.

Do I need a new workspace?

No. Delegated Workspace works with your existing Pointerly workspace and the modules you allow. Sign in to open Delegated, or talk to the team if you are getting started.
