Collaborations
Brand CRM add-on: brands, deals, brands reaching out, contracts, briefs, follow-ups, sequences, agents and Notion.
- Get started with CollaborationsThe five setup steps: connect your inbox, bring in your brands from a spreadsheet or Notion, let Pointerly study your inbox, review its suggestions, and put an agent to work. What the inbox study reads, what it costs, and what happens when it pauses.
- Collaborations overviewWhat Collaborations is: an email-first brand CRM for creators, sold as an add-on. Brands, deals, follow-ups, sequences, agents and Notion in one place.
- Brands and dealsAdd brands and contacts, set logos and do-not-contact, open deals, move them through the pipeline stages, and work a deal from its page: timeline, emails in a side sheet, deliverables, brief, files, money and history.
- Brands reaching outBrands that email you and aren't on a deal yet: the Reaching out page, Poppy's read of each email, and turning one into a deal with Accept deal, Create brand + deal, Link to deal or Not a brand.
- Follow-ups and sequencesSchedule follow-ups, work the follow-up queue, build reusable sequences on a timeline, set the send window, and control max follow-ups and re-engagement for agents.
- Collaboration agentsCreate agents that prospect, pitch, answer brands and follow up: templates, instructions, rules, rate card, seasons and Try a quote, the Teamwork hand-off, mailboxes per agent, triggers, budget, Run now, approvals with draft delivery, and chatting on a deal.
- Notion and CollaborationsInitialize your Notion with workspace templates, connect your own Notion databases as sources, review the AI mapping, turn on two-way sync, push new records, and what happens when Notion disconnects.
- Collaborations in Inbox, Calendar and EarningsHow brand emails get labelled with their deal in Inbox, the follow-ups rail, follow-ups and deal dates on the Calendar, and how deals land in the Earnings ledger.
- Deal files, contracts and signingThe deal's Files tab: attachments from the brand's emails, uploads and cloud files, how files get their type, the AI contract review, signing with Adobe Sign or by recording a signed copy, the signed-contract gate, continuing without a signed contract, and the deal's History.
- Write with PoppyDraft pitches, follow-ups and replies with Poppy in message templates, the Compose sheet and sequence steps: purpose, tone, language, variables, variants and what it costs.
- Deal brief and scriptsRead the brand's brief from the contract and emails, track the product link the brand sent, and write a video script for each deliverable with Poppy.
- Brand review of scriptsSend a script to the brand on a private link: they read it, comment, ask for changes or approve it without an account. Decide on each change, apply it with Poppy and share the new version on the same link.
- Deliverables: content, brand approval and publishingAdd the video or photo you made to a deliverable (from your device, Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive), let the brand watch and approve it on a private link, then publish it with Content Studio or mark it as published with the post's link.
- Business details: payment methods, shipping and importing your infoKeep how brands pay you, where they ship products and who you bill as in one private place. Import it all from a Notion page or a file with AI, review every value, and share a shipping address on a deal in one click.
- Getting paid: invoices, reminders and paymentsWrite the invoice in Pointerly (a PDF from the deal, with your billing details) or attach your own, send it in the deal's email thread, send it in the deal's email thread, remind the brand when it is late, and mark it paid (or confirm the brand's "payment sent" email). Paying the last invoice moves the deal to Paid and into Earnings.
- Closing a collaboration: the summary and reopeningWhen a deal is Paid (or Closed lost) it becomes a read-only record with a summary: dates, money, deliverables, approvals, contract, invoices and agents, with a PDF to download. Nothing on it can change unless the workspace owner or an admin reopens it with a reason.
- Collaborations pricing and limitsHow the Collaborations add-on is billed, which limits your plan includes (brands, deals, follow-ups, sequences, templates, agents, agent runs), and the two ways past the brand and deal limits: pay as you go and one-time packs that never expire.
