What happens when I run out of clicks?

Nothing breaks. Your links keep redirecting and every click keeps being tracked — we never take a live link offline over a quota. On a paid plan, clicks past your monthly allowance are billed pay-as-you-go at $1.00 per 1,000, on your normal monthly invoice, up to a spending cap you set. On Free there is no charge at all: the extra clicks are served and counted, just not billed.

Do unused clicks roll over to next month?

No. The included quota is a calendar-month allowance that resets on the 1st (UTC), not on your renewal date, and unused clicks don't carry over. Recurring click packs work the same way — they raise your monthly quota and reset with it. Only one-time click credit packs carry over indefinitely, which is why they cost about 20% more per click.

How do I get more clicks — packs or pay-as-you-go?

Both, and the committed option is always cheaper. A recurring click pack raises your monthly quota (+25K $9.99/mo up to +1M $149.99/mo, roughly $0.40 down to $0.15 per 1,000). A one-time click credit pack never expires and is applied before you're charged anything ($11.99 for 25,000 up to $179.99 for 1M). Pay-as-you-go is $1.00 per 1,000 with no commitment. If you know your volume, buy the pack; if the month surprises you, pay-as-you-go covers it.

Can I cap what pay-as-you-go can cost me?

Yes, and it's on by default. Each meter has its own monthly spending cap you set in Billing → Add-ons. For clicks, hitting the cap stops the billing, not the traffic: your links keep redirecting and the clicks keep being tracked, we just stop charging. For DM sends, hitting the cap pauses sending — the messages are held, not dropped, and go out the moment you raise the cap.

How much are Telegram and WhatsApp?

Both are add-ons available on every plan, including Free. Telegram Bot is $11.99/mo and includes 1 channel and 1,000 posts per month; extra channels are $9.99/mo each. WhatsApp Business is $19.99/mo and includes 1 verified number, 3 audience segments and 1,000 sends per month. Sends beyond the included quota are $0.005 each on your invoice. For WhatsApp, Meta bills its own conversation fees directly to your WhatsApp Business account — that money never passes through Pointerly.
