Export data overview

Download workspace data as CSV or JSON from Settings → Export Data.

draft

Export Data downloads workspace datasets for backups, analysis, or migration. Open it from Dashboard → Settings → Export Data (/dashboard/settings/export). Exports are GDPR-oriented (visitor PII anonymized), rate-limited, and gated by plan feature advanced analytics plus the export → run permission.

What you'll do

  • Open Export Data under Settings
  • Choose a data type and format (CSV or JSON)
  • Run the export and download the generated file
  • Know which types need Telegram or A/B Testing plan features

Before you start

  • Correct team selected
  • Plan includes advanced analytics (otherwise you see an upgrade gate)
  • Permission to run exports for the team
  • For Telegram or A/B Tests types: those features unlocked on the plan

  3. Under Format, choose CSV or JSON.
  4. If you select All Data, format locks to JSON.

3. Run the export and download

  1. Click Export Data.
  2. Wait for the progress indicator to finish.
  3. The browser downloads the file automatically on success.
  4. Open the file in a spreadsheet (CSV) or editor (JSON) to verify row counts.

If export fails, read the toast error (auth, plan feature, unknown type, or rate limit) and retry after addressing it.

Tips

  • Prefer CSV for spreadsheets; use JSON for full fidelity or All Data.
  • Campaigns and Applications exports are useful audits alongside the Brand / Creator UIs.
  • Telegram and A/B Tests options stay visible but disabled without those features—upgrade rather than treating it as a bug.
  • Exports include team-scoped data only; switch teams before exporting another workspace.
