Use Dashboard → Team → Members (Team Members) to see who belongs to the active workspace, what’s waiting in Pending invitations, and which actions you can take (invite, edit permissions, change role, remove).

What you'll achieve

  • Open Team Members for the correct workspace
  • Read pending invitations vs the members table
  • Know which header actions appear based on your permissions
  • Jump to team settings or invite / permission guides for deeper work

Before you start

  • You belong to a team (otherwise you’ll see No team found)
  • Correct team selected in the team switcher
  • Optional: team_members → invite to see Invite Member; team_settings → view for the settings gear; manage actions need edit_role / remove / edit_permissions

Steps

1. Open Team Members

  1. Go to Dashboard → Team → Members (page title Team Members).
  2. Confirm the description Manage your team members and their permissions.
  3. In the header, you may see:
    • Settings (gear) → /dashboard/team/settings when you can view team settings
    • Invite Member when you can invite

A sponsorship banner may appear above the lists when brand↔creator sponsorship applies to this team.

2. Review pending invitations

  1. Find Pending invitations (for {team name}).
  2. Empty state means nothing outstanding for this team—switch teams if you invited from another workspace.
  3. When rows exist, each shows email, access preset, permission snapshot counts, expiry, and sent time.
  4. With invite permission, use row actions to Resend, edit pending permissions, or Cancel.

Details: Invite members.

3. Review the members roster

  1. Open the Members table: Member, Role, Joined, Actions.
  2. Roles you may see: Owner, Admin, Member, Viewer, Partnership.
  3. Your row is labeled (You).
  4. With manage permission, non-owner rows expose Permissions and a ⋮ menu (change role, remove, or end partnership).

Owner access cannot be edited here—transfer ownership instead of changing the owner role.

Tips

  • Billing and seat limits are per team—inviting on the wrong workspace wastes seats.
  • Partnership on a brand team freezes the creator’s personal team while active; ending partnership unfreezes it.
  • Presets control what people can do; the stored team role for most invites remains Member unless you promote them later.
  • Keep owners sparse; prefer Admin + presets for day-to-day operators.
