Bulk and queue

Use Bulk when you have several videos for the same week, and Publications to watch every destination as the dispatcher and platforms finish processing.

What you'll achieve

• Upload / stage multiple compositions in one sitting
• Let queue settings spread posts across your preferred times
• Monitor per-destination status without refreshing the whole page into skeletons

Before you start

• Same prerequisites as Publish a post: publishing feature, connected accounts, capacity
• Rough posting windows for the week (morning / evening slots)
• Optional: calendar view permission if you want the Calendar tab preview

Steps

1. Open Bulk publishing

1. Go to Dashboard → Content Studio → Bulk.
2. Confirm the upgrade block is not showing (content_publishing enabled).
3. Review connected accounts — Bulk uses the same destination pool as Compose.

2. Stage videos and queue times

1. Add each video as its own composition (media, links, caption, destinations).
2. Use queue / schedule controls so posts land on different slots instead of all firing at once.
3. Submit the batch. Immediate targets dispatch now; scheduled targets wait for the cron.

3. Watch Publications (and Calendar)

1. Switch to Publications — the count badge shows how many distributions exist.
2. Leave the tab open while work is in flight; background refresh updates rows without replacing the list with skeletons.
3. Open Calendar (if entitled) to see scheduled Studio posts beside campaigns and routines.
4. Use the header refresh button anytime to pull the latest account list and distributions.

Tips

• Keep one composition = one primary creative. Do not force mismatched platforms onto the same asset type.
• Check Usage / billing before a large bulk week — each destination publication meters against your pack or PAYG rate.
• Your videos remains available even when you are out of publications so you can still review what already went live.
