Brand workspace overview

Publish a brand profile, run campaigns, and review creator applications.

draft

The Brand workspace is where teams publish a public brand presence, create campaign briefs, and review creator applications. Creators discover your active campaigns from their Creator workspace and from your public brand pages (/b/[username]).

What you'll do

  • Confirm a brand team context
  • Create or update the brand profile (name, logo, categories, public visibility)
  • Create and publish campaigns
  • Review applications, offers, and approvals

Before you start

  • Correct team selected; team type brand (cannot change after set)
  • Permissions for campaign create / update / publish and application review (owners/admins typically have them)
  • Plan capacity for active published campaigns and brand profile limits
  • Optional: custom domains for public profiles under Settings → Domains

How the workspace fits together

AreaPathPurpose
Profile/dashboard/brand/profilePublic brand page (/b/[username])
Campaigns/dashboard/brand/campaignsDraft, publish, pause, and manage briefs
Applications/dashboard/brand/applicationsReview incoming creator applications

Campaign statuses: draft → active (published) → paused / closed / completed / cancelled.

Application flow (brand side): pending → negotiating → approved (contract pending) → contracted, or rejected. Approving requires an accepted offer first.

Steps

1. Open the Brand workspace

  1. Go to Dashboard → Brand (Profile, Campaigns, or Applications).
  2. Confirm the active team is the brand you manage.
  3. If no profile exists, create one before publishing campaigns publicly.

  4. Optional: feature campaigns on the public page and configure the campaigns section layout.
  5. Enable Public when ready for /b/[username].

Username uniqueness is enforced (duplicate usernames are rejected).

  2. Complete required fields (title, type, budget, cover image) and Publish to make it active for creators.
  3. Open Applications to review pending applicants, negotiate offers, then approve or reject.
  4. Watch campaign metrics (applications count, slots filled) on the campaign detail page.

Tips

  • Publish only complete campaigns—missing cover image or budget blocks publish.
  • Featured campaigns on the public profile help creators land on your best briefs.
  • Application review permissions are separate from view-only access; grant application.review carefully.
  • Slack / lifecycle integrations (when connected) can notify on approve / reject.
