Brand contracts overview

Brand Contracts live under the brand workspace at Dashboard → Brand → Contracts. Build reusable contract templates, attach them to campaigns or applications, and send e-sign requests (including Adobe Acrobat Sign / Adobe Sign flows when configured) so creators can sign without leaving the partnership workflow.

What you'll do

• Open Brand Contracts for your brand team
• Create or edit a contract template
• Launch an e-sign request to a creator
• Track status back on the application / campaign

Before you start

• Brand workspace / partnership seat with contracts access
• Correct brand team selected
• E-sign provider configured if you use Acrobat Sign / Adobe Sign

Steps

1. Open Contracts

1. Go to Dashboard → Brand → Contracts (/dashboard/brand/contracts).
2. Review existing templates and in-flight signature requests.

2. Create or reuse a template

1. Create a new contract or open an existing template.
2. Fill parties, terms, and any required fields.
3. Save so the template can be reused across campaigns.

3. Send for e-sign

1. From a contract or linked application, start an e-sign request.
2. Confirm the creator recipient and send.
3. Watch status until signed; follow up from Applications or Partners as needed.

Tips

• Keep one canonical template per deal type; clone instead of rewriting from scratch.
• Pair contracts with clear campaign briefs in Brand campaigns.
