What you'll achieve
- Identify whether a blank dashboard is traffic, filters, plan gates, or sync delay
- Fix common filter and tag-scope mistakes
- Know when to escalate to Reports, Bio, or Billing instead of Analytics itself

Before you start
- Confirm you are in the correct team
- Note the current date range, store, Imported reports toggle, and Affiliate tag scope
- Have access to a known working short link or bio URL for a smoke test
Steps
1. Confirm filters and scope
- Open Dashboard → Analytics
- Set date range to Last 7 days (unlocked on every plan)
- Set store to All stores
- Confirm affiliate tag scope is what you expect
- Click refresh
If numbers appear, the earlier combination of filters hid your traffic.

2. Smoke-test traffic
- Copy a short link from Links
- Open it in a private/incognito window
- Wait 1–2 minutes, then refresh Analytics
- For bio: open the live bio URL, click a deal or CTA, then recheck the Bio surface
No change after a successful click usually means wrong team, blocked/paused link, or still-processing attribution.

3. Separate plan gates from bugs

Upgrade only if the feature you need is gated—not when traffic simply has not arrived.

4. Reconcile earnings mismatches
- Note Est. Earnings with Imported reports off, then on
- Open Reports for the same store and date window
- Confirm the affiliate tag on the report matches Analytics tag scope
- Re-import or rebind tags if report rows never attach to links
Clicks without earnings often mean conversions are not in the imported file yet—not that Analytics failed.

Tips
- Always reset to 7 days / All stores before assuming a bug
- Check link status (paused, expired, blocked) before blaming Analytics
- Remember report earnings can lag marketplace export schedules
- Profile analytics require a created creator or brand profile first
Troubleshooting
