Pointerly AI Content turns product URLs, deals, and campaign context into ready-to-edit captions, video scripts, stories, carousels, threads, reviews, and campaign copy. Creators work in a split Content Writer workspace; brands get campaign- and product-focused types instead of everyday social posts.

Generation uses your team’s AI credits. When credits run out, an Out of AI credits banner appears above the writer until you add more from Billing.

What you'll do

Open the AI Content workspace for your team type (creator or brand)

Edit, regenerate, save as a template, or delete saved pieces

Concepts

Content Writer	Chat-style agent panel that generates copy for your role (creator or brand)
Library	Saved generations you can filter by platform and content type
Platform	Destination network (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, Facebook, Telegram, Pinterest, Threads) with its own length limits
Content type	Shape of the piece: Post, Video Script, Story, Carousel, Thread, Campaign, Review
Style / context	Optional style profile, product URL, product description, link, deal, or campaign brief
Variations	Multiple drafts from one run when you ask for more than one

Where things live

Go to Dashboard → AI Content (or your team’s Content entry in the sidebar).
On desktop, the left (resizable) panel is the Content Writer; the right panel is filters + your library.
On mobile, the library fills the screen; tap Generate to open the writer in a bottom drawer titled Content Writer.

Typical workflow

Confirm the team has AI credits (banner should be clear).
In the writer, choose a platform and content type that the platform supports.
Add a product URL and/or short product or context note (and a link/deal when relevant).
Generate; review variations in the library.
Edit wording, Generate again with fresh context, Save as template, or Delete.

Tips

Match content type to the platform: e.g. Threads for X, video scripts for TikTok/YouTube, carousels where the platform allows them.
Brands primarily use Campaign and Review types; creator workspaces expose the full social set.
Video scripts support duration and main-point controls (15s through longer YouTube-style lengths).

Troubleshooting
