Create a new piece of promotional content for a specific platform, grounded in a product URL, short description, Pointerly link, or deal—then edit or regenerate until it is ready to post.

Before you start

Correct team selected
Remaining AI credits (generation fails or shows a limit when the meter is empty)
Optional: product page URL, link, or deal

Steps

1. Open AI Content

Go to Dashboard → AI Content.
On desktop, use the left Content Writer panel. On mobile, tap Generate.

2. Choose platform and content type

Select a platform (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter/X, Facebook, Telegram, Pinterest, or Threads).
Choose a content type supported by that platform—for example Post, Video Script, Story, Carousel, Thread, Campaign, or Review.
For video scripts, set duration and number of main points when the form offers them.

Brand workspaces focus on Campaign and Review; creator workspaces expose the full social set.

3. Add product or campaign context

Provide at least one of:

Product URL (Amazon or other storefront)
Product or context free text (e.g. “Wireless earbuds, noise cancelling, $49”)
Optional link, deal, store, style profile, or campaign brief when shown

More specific context usually yields tighter, more attributable copy.

4. Generate and review

Run Generate (wording may vary slightly in the agent UI).
Wait until the new item appears in the library on the right (or below on mobile).
Open the card to copy text, switch variations if several were returned, and verify length against the platform limit.

5. Edit, regenerate, or save as template

Edit — open the editor dialog, adjust the text, save.
Generate again — supply a product URL and/or context; the same platform and type are reused.
Save as template — name the template for reuse on later briefs.
Delete — remove drafts you will not use.

Tips

Prefer a live product URL when possible so the model can use title, price, and features.
For X/Twitter, keep Post or Thread; long video scripts belong on YouTube or TikTok.
Attach the Pointerly link you will actually share so CTAs stay on-brand and tracked.
If generation hits a limit, top up AI credits under Billing before retrying.

Troubleshooting
