Notifications overview

Open the inbox, filter by status and type, switch views, and mark alerts as read.

draft

The Notifications inbox collects alerts for your account across the active workspace: system messages, deal alerts, commissions, team activity, link milestones, AI suggestions, routine / report health, calendar reminders, rewards, and more. Open it from Dashboard → Notifications (or the bell entry points in the shell) to filter, skim, open related work, and mark items as read.

Delivery channels (email / push / in-app) are controlled separately under Notification preferences.

What you'll do

  • Open the full notifications page
  • Filter by All / Unread / Read and by type
  • Switch List, Compact, or Grouped views
  • Mark all as read and load older pages

Before you start

  • Signed in; notifications are scoped to your user (and team context when applicable)
  • At least one type has In-app enabled in Settings if you expect new rows here
  • Optional: know which type labels matter for your workflow (deals, routines, team, etc.)

Step 3 — Act on items and mark as read

  1. Click a notification to follow its action (when an action URL is present).
  2. Mark individual items read as you work (per list item controls).
  3. Use Mark all as read to clear the unread pile in one step.
  4. Scroll or click Load more when older pages are available (infinite scroll also loads as you approach the bottom).

Tips

  • Bookmark ?status=unread&type=routine_alert (or similar) for an ops-focused queue.
  • Use Grouped when you want similar alerts clustered; use Compact on smaller screens.
  • If the inbox is quiet but email is noisy (or the reverse), align channels in Settings → Notifications.
  • Prefer the Routine alerts type for ongoing report health; Report sync remains for older rows and deep links.
