The AI Agent is Pointerly’s in-dashboard assistant panel (branded Poppy for the general agent). Ask in natural language to create links, search deals, draft content, manage bio pieces, inspect analytics, and more — with rich tool result cards in the chat.

Before you start

Correct team selected
Plan feature ai_content (without it the panel shows an upgrade / coming-soon gate)
Remaining AI credits (banner appears when you are out)
Basic workspace data (tags, links, deals) so tool calls have something to return

How to open the panel

Surface	Control

Mobile	Floating bot button bottom-right (`AiAgentPanel`)

Both toggle the same side panel. Aria labels refer to Poppy assistant.

Agents you can switch to

Use the header select to change agents:

What the panel can do

Tool results render as cards (not only plain text). Common Poppy actions include:

Create / list / pause links; bulk create from lists
Search deals and create links from deal cards
List affiliate tags, analytics, products, campaigns
Bio page / section helpers and add-link-to-bio
Telegram channel / template lookups and sends
Automation / Sheets / Slack helpers when integrations exist

Some multi-step jobs (for example bio bulk links) run as workflows with an on-panel progress strip and resume controls.

Credits: every completion consumes AI allowance; watch the compact out-of-credits banner at the top of the panel.

While Poppy (and the Delegated thread AI) works, the Thinking step shows a short note written for you, in your language, about what it understood and is doing. It is a summary, not the model's raw reasoning; links, emails and ids are left out.

Tips

Stay on the page you care about — the context chip in the header tells Poppy where you are.
Use History for past conversations and + for a clean thread.
Prefer suggested prompts on first open; they match high-value tools (Create a link, Search deals, My affiliate tags, …).

Troubleshooting
