How it works.

    Connect a mailbox

    From Integrations, connect Gmail, Outlook, or your SMTP server. OAuth providers issue refresh tokens; SMTP credentials are verified with a handshake before saving.

  2. 02

    Open the inbox

    Switch to the Inbox view. The sidebar lists every connected mailbox; the folder rail mirrors provider-native folders and labels.

  3. 03

    Read, tag, and reply

    Open a message, tag with native labels via right-click, reply from the docked composer with your saved signature applied.

  4. 04

    Wire automations and rules

    Use the Send Email automation action to send from your mailbox, and configure inbound rules so matched mail triggers in-app, email, or Telegram notifications.

Multi-account, per-team

Connect Gmail, Outlook, and SMTP mailboxes side-by-side. Each account is independent — independent signature, fromName, reply-to, and tracking settings. Switch from the inbox sidebar without leaving the page.

Native folders + labels

Inbox / Starred / Drafts / Sent / Archive / Spam / Trash are mapped to provider-native labels (Gmail) or folders (Outlook), so everything you do here is reflected in your real account. Tag messages with Gmail labels and Outlook categories from the right-click context menu.

Compose like Gmail

Bottom-right docked composer with minimize, maximize, and multiple drafts. Saved signature, fromName, and reply-to apply automatically. Open from the toolbar (blank) or from a message detail (pre-filled reply).

Send via your mailbox in automations

The Send Email action picks any connected mailbox so automated outreach lands in the recipient's inbox from your real address. Replies thread back to your inbox, not a no-reply alias.

Inbound rules and notifications

Match incoming mail (sender, subject, attachments, labels) and fan out to in-app, email, or Telegram notifications — powered by Gmail Pub/Sub push and Microsoft Graph webhook subscriptions.

Encrypted credentials, no plaintext

OAuth tokens and SMTP passwords are encrypted at rest by the same vault service that protects every other integration. SMTP credentials are verified with a real handshake before saving.
