Overview
Coming soon. Connect TikTok account data and event webhooks for keyword-based DM automation flows.
Adding the app (required)
- Sign in to Pointerly.
- Open Dashboard > Integrations.
- Locate TikTok and review availability status.
- TikTok is currently marked as Coming soon.
- Follow release updates from Integrations and enable it when available.

Usage (required)
Connect TikTok account context
Use case: Use social identity and page/account context in campaign operations.
Prerequisites:
- TikTok connected
- Team has required integration entitlement
- Open Dashboard > Integrations.
- Open TikTok settings and verify connected account details.
- Save account or page selections if prompted.
Enable social workflows
Use case: Power comment, DM, and profile-driven automation workflows.
Prerequisites:
- Connected account has required permissions
- Open social automation/workflow settings.
- Map triggers and response behavior.
- Activate and monitor operational events.
Removing the app (required)
Disconnect from Pointerly
- No disconnection action is required while this provider is marked as Coming soon.
Remove from provider account
- Open TikTok connected apps/integrations settings.
- Remove or revoke Pointerly app access.
Deauthorization implications
- Integration state is set to disconnected in Pointerly.
- Stored OAuth token fields are cleared.
- Provider API actions are blocked until reconnect.
Troubleshooting
Provider currently unavailable
- TikTok is currently marked as Coming soon in Pointerly.
- Monitor Integrations page for release status and availability updates.
