OneDrive Integration Guide

Overview
Connect Microsoft OneDrive for file sharing in campaigns.
Adding the app (required)
- Sign in to Pointerly.
- Open Dashboard > Integrations.
- Open OneDrive.
- Click Connect.
- Complete provider authorization and grant requested permissions.
- Return to Pointerly and confirm status is Connected.

Usage (required)
Attach files from OneDrive
Use case: Attach cloud files in applications, campaigns, pipeline cards, and calendar events.
Prerequisites:
- OneDrive connected
- Open any attachment-enabled form (campaign, application, card, or event).
- Choose file picker for OneDrive.
- Select file/link and attach to the current record.
Use attachments in delivery workflows
Use case: Keep source files and deliverables connected to operational objects.
Prerequisites:
- Attachment permissions enabled in provider account
- Review attached links in details panel.
- Open or share links with collaborators.
- Update attachments as workflow status changes.
Removing the app (required)
Disconnect from Pointerly
- Open Dashboard > Integrations > OneDrive.
- Click Disconnect.
Remove from provider account
- Open OneDrive connected apps/integrations settings.
- Remove or revoke Pointerly app access.
Deauthorization implications
- Integration state is set to disconnected in Pointerly.
- Stored OAuth token fields are cleared.
- Provider API actions are blocked until reconnect.
Troubleshooting
OAuth connect fails
- Retry connection from Dashboard > Integrations.
- Confirm you are authorizing the intended provider account.
- Verify team has required plan/add-on entitlement for this provider.
Permission or scope errors
- Reconnect the integration and approve requested scopes.
- Check provider settings to ensure required account-level permissions are granted.
