Microsoft Teams Integration Guide

Overview
Coming soon. Send campaign updates to Microsoft Teams channels.
Adding the app (required)
- Sign in to Pointerly.
- Open Dashboard > Integrations.
- Locate Microsoft Teams and review availability status.
- Microsoft Teams is currently marked as Coming soon.
- Follow release updates from Integrations and enable it when available.

Usage (required)
Route notifications to Microsoft Teams
Use case: Keep campaign, application, and execution updates in your team communication channel.
Prerequisites:
- Microsoft Teams connected
- Notification preferences configured
- Open provider configuration in Integrations.
- Select destination channel(s).
- Enable desired notification event types.
Removing the app (required)
Disconnect from Pointerly
- No disconnection action is required while this provider is marked as Coming soon.
Remove from provider account
- Open Microsoft Teams connected apps/integrations settings.
- Remove or revoke Pointerly app access.
Deauthorization implications
- Integration state is set to disconnected in Pointerly.
- Stored OAuth token fields are cleared.
- Provider API actions are blocked until reconnect.

- Microsoft Teams is currently marked as Coming soon in Pointerly.
- Monitor Integrations page for release status and availability updates.
