Box Integration Guide

Overview
Coming soon. Enterprise file sharing with Box integration.
Adding the app (required)
- Sign in to Pointerly.
- Open Dashboard > Integrations.
- Locate Box and review availability status.
- Box is currently marked as Coming soon.
- Follow release updates from Integrations and enable it when available.

Usage (required)
Attach files from Box
Use case: Attach cloud files in applications, campaigns, pipeline cards, and calendar events.
Prerequisites:
- Box connected
- Open any attachment-enabled form (campaign, application, card, or event).
- Choose file picker for Box.
- Select file/link and attach to the current record.
Use attachments in delivery workflows
Use case: Keep source files and deliverables connected to operational objects.
Prerequisites:
- Attachment permissions enabled in provider account
- Review attached links in details panel.
- Open or share links with collaborators.
- Update attachments as workflow status changes.
Removing the app (required)
Disconnect from Pointerly
- No disconnection action is required while this provider is marked as Coming soon.
Remove from provider account
- Open Box connected apps/integrations settings.
- Remove or revoke Pointerly app access.
Deauthorization implications
- Integration state is set to disconnected in Pointerly.
- Stored OAuth token fields are cleared.
- Provider API actions are blocked until reconnect.
Troubleshooting
Provider currently unavailable
- Box is currently marked as Coming soon in Pointerly.
- Monitor Integrations page for release status and availability updates.
